Job Description
Implementing Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) projects to optimize business processes and enhance customer satisfaction. Developing Generative AI chatbots to address customer concerns, automating customer inquiry responses using Pega Intelligent Virtual Assistant (IVA), and creating process flows for identified pain points. Analyzing PegaIntelligent Virtual Assistant (IVA) and Customer Decision Hub (CDH) features to recommend solutions aligning with business needs. Utilizing Pega IVA for automating customer response processes, creating process flows to address pain points highlighted by department heads. Working with system architects to define data elements, objects, and types for integration within
the Pega data model. Must be willing to travel to various unanticipated locations in the US to set up systems, perform feasibility studies, and evaluate user requirements. There is no international travel. There is also no relocation required. Any travel requirements will be entirely temporary in nature (up to but not exceeding 25%) and the hired employee will work from the employer’s address.
